To open an account and use our services on bau888, the following conditions must be met. Every member is responsible for strictly adhering to these requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts for minors are not permitted and will be terminated at any time if discovered.
Only one account may be registered per person. If a member is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
bau888 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. Members may be required to provide a copy of their national ID or passport.
Accounts are for personal use only. Using an account on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Account Rules & Security
Your bau888 Account security is entirely your responsibility. bau888 is not liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password or login credentials with another person.
Keep your password strong and change it regularly. Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended. It prevents unauthorized access to your account.
If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without your authorization, contact live support immediately.
bau888 will never ask for your password or OTP via email or message. Any such request is likely a scam.
If anyone claiming to represent bau888 asks for your password or banking details, it is a scam. Do not share any information and report it to support immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits and withdrawals at bau888 are fully transparent. Every transaction is recorded and can be reviewed from your account at any time.
Deposit:
Minimum deposit is ৳500. Most payment methods have no maximum limit.
Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited. Funds sent from another person's account will be returned and your account may be placed under review.
Deposits are usually instant. In rare cases, bank or mobile banking delays may extend processing time to up to 30 minutes.
Withdrawal:
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The daily limit for standard members is ৳30,000.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit. Sending funds to a different number or account is not possible.
Processing time: typically 15 minutes to 1 hour. For larger amounts requiring security verification, it may take up to 24 hours.
If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until its rollover requirement is completed.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the welcome bonus, and it must be claimed within 72 hours of the deposit.
Rollover requirements vary by bonus. In general, you are required to wager 3x–10x the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or under different identities will be treated as fraud.
bau888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior reason.
If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
The High Roller Cashback Bonus has no rollover requirement – you can withdraw it directly.
The following rules apply when placing bets on bau888. They cover both Sports Betting and casino games.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific cash-out option is available.
If a match is abandoned or cancelled for an undetermined reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, bau888 reserves the right to void that bet.
If odds contain an obvious error (such as prices significantly lower or higher than market value), the affected bets may be voided.
Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited.
Betting limits may vary depending on the market and the member's account level.
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.
Creating multiple accounts or using another member's account.
Deliberately placing bets to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse).
Transacting with money laundering proceeds or funds from illegal sources.
Operating an account through hacking, bots, or any automated software.
Threatening or harassing other members.
Operating an account under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC.
Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Closure & Restrictions
Bau888 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances.
If a rules violation or fraudulent activity is proven.
Failing to respond to a KYC verification request.
If there is suspicion of money laundering or any illegal activity.
When the member themselves requests account closure.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded. However, funds gained through rule violations will not be returned. To appeal a decision, email support@bau888.best.

Terms Amendment Policy
bau888 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified by email or via a platform notification whenever changes are made.
At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes take effect.
Continued use of your account after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
